In this three day course, you will complete a three tier wedding cake consisting of the following:
1 x 15cm dummy cake covered in fondant
1 x 20cm vanilla sponge cake covered in buttercream with stencil finish
1 x 25cm chocolate sponge covered in ganache and a smooth fondant finish
Royal icing piped borders
1 x Protea bloom
2 x Juliette roses
3 x protea leaves
10 x roses leaves
2 x rose buds
1 x professionally finished cake board
1 x internal structure with centre dowel system
