Lesson One: Semi-naked drip cake
In this class you will level, fill and stack a cake to create a professional finish. The cake will be ‘naked’ iced and we will decorate the cake with the trendy drip technique along with some pretty buttercream roses.
Lesson Two: Textured Buttercream
In this class you will level, fill and stack a cake to create a professional finish. You will learn three different texturing techniques with buttercream to cover the sides of your cake.
Lesson Three: Buttercream Flowers
In this class, you will learn how to make buttercream daisies, cyrsanthenums and five petal flowers. You will also learn how to add leaves to complete your display of buttercream flowers
