INGREDIENTS: CAKE

  • 565ml cake flour
  • 15ml baking powder
  • 5ml salt
  • 125ml oil
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 250ml granadilla pulp (strain about 12 granadillas through a sieve, )
  • 250ml egg white
  • 3ml cream of tartar

INGREDIENTS: BUTTERCREAM

  • 150g butter (room temperature)
  • 300g icing sugar
  • 30ml granadilla pulp
