- 250ml granadilla pulp (strain about 12 granadillas through a sieve, )
- 250ml egg white
- 3ml cream of tartar
INGREDIENTS: BUTTERCREAM
- 150g butter (room temperature)
- 300g icing sugar
- 30ml granadilla pulp
