Apple Crumble Sundae

Crumble
 60 g Butter
 30 g Walnuts
 80 ml Flour
 40 ml Brown Sugar
 5 ml Cinnamon
Apples
 2 Apples, peeled and sliced into chunks
 30 ml Brown Sugar
 5 ml Cinnamon
 15 ml Flour
 30 ml Apple Juice
 Zest of an orange
For the Crumble

Preheat oven to 180ºC

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and rub the butter in, until it is well combined.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 Minutes until golden. Allow to cool.

For the Apples

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Bring to the boils and then simmer for about 8 Minutes. Don’t let the apple get mushy.

Allow to cool.

Assemble

Scoop ice cream into a dish.

Top with apples, crumble and finally the caramel sauce.

Eat immediately.
