YOU WILL NEED:

  • Sugar thermometer
  • 20cm x 20cm square cake tin
  • Baking sheet
  • Baking paper to wrap the finished toffees

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 ml Cream
  • 60 g Butter
  • 2 ml Salt
  • 375 ml Castor Sugar
  • 60 ml Corn Syrup
  • 60 ml Water
  • 5 ml Vanilla
