In this class, you will learn the techniques you need to perfect the art of sweet making. In particular, adding dairy to a sugar syrup to make a toffee soft enough to chew and firm enough to hold its shape. Please watch the full length of this video before you attempt to make it.

- Sugar thermometer
- 20cm x 20cm square cake tin
- Baking sheet
- Baking paper to wrap the finished toffees
