 500 g Icing Sugar
 200 g Desiccated Coconut
 385 g Condensed Milk
 food colouring in assorted colours

Line a 15cm square cake tin or dish with baking paper.

Combine all ingredients except the colours and mix well.

Separate mixture between 4 or 5 bowls and colour each batch with a different colour.

Press the first colour firmly into the base of the cake tin, using a place based glass to press it flat.

Repeat with the rest of the colours.

Allow to set for a few hours in the fridge.

Turn out onto a cutting board and cut into slices.
